Generator Power in Normanton is seeking a Service Controller to join their growing team. The role involves handling customer calls, warranty processes, and service list management for a wide range of generators from 10kVA to 1250kVA.

Successful candidates will have prior administration experience, service industry exposure, and strong Excel skills. The position offers full-time hours with a 40-hour week and a rotating shift pattern outward from Tuesday to Sunday.

• Previous administration or office-based experience.
• Plant or service industry experience.
• Service Controller experience preferred.
• Strong Excel skills essential.
• Ability to accurately and efficiently sort data.

Responsabilidades

• Handle customer calls for the Service Department.
• Manage manufacturer warranty processes.
• Process chargeable and non-chargeable job sheets (including Fuel Utilities, Fuel 4x4, and ENW own sets).
• Record duty on-call forms and update breakdown lists.
• Consolidate, create, and distribute service and overdue lists.
• Resolve service list queries.
• Process on/off hires and exchanges on service lists.
• Assist in the production of management reports.
• Plan and maintain the EE Service list, including permit applications.
• Oversee the running of the UU Service Contract.
• Support the fuel management function.

Job Description:

Generator Power is the UK’s largest independent rental generator company, operating a fleet from 10kVA to 1250kVA and supporting industries including offshore oil and gas, telecoms, manufacturing, events, and construction. With 26 years’ industry experience, Generator Power continues to grow and is now looking for a Service Controller to join our team in Normanton.

Hours:

• Full-time, permanent role.
• 40 hours per week - Tue - Fri 10am / 7pm and then Saturday 7am - 7pm (12 hour shift).
• Shift patterns: Tuesday - Sunday.

Duties / Responsibilities: (Including but not limited to)

• Handle customer calls for the Service Department.
