Job summary

Jurni Leasing in Chelmsford is seeking a confident Sales Consultant with experience in vehicle leasing or the motor industry who enjoys talking to customers, hitting targets and closing deals.

The role involves handling inbound enquiries, understanding customer needs, building relationships and managing leads through to sale, with a starting salary of £30,000 plus realistic £40,000 OTE uncapped. Monday to Friday, office-based in Chelmsford, with full training and ongoing development.

Qualifications

• Experience in vehicle leasing or motor industry is desirable.
• Natural sales personality with a hunger to succeed.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Confident, organised and commercially focused.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to build rapport, negotiate and close the deal.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer enquiries – no cold calling.
• Understand customer needs and recommend the right vehicle and leasing solution.
• Build strong customer relationships and deliver an excellent experience.
• Manage leads from enquiry through to sale.
• Hit and exceed sales targets and maximise every opportunity.
• Keep up to date with products, manufacturers and industry knowledge.
• Work in line with FCA regulations and guidelines.
