Job summary

EE is hiring a Sales Advisor at our Newcastle contact centre. You’ll take incoming calls from existing EE customers and help them find the best deals on phones and broadband, while guiding them through our range of products.

We value energy and great listening. The role features full-time permanent hours, 12-hour shifts on a two-week rotation, and a starting salary of £26,116 with progression to £26,738 after eight months, plus incentives and bonuses.
