Job summary

EE is hiring a Sales Advisor for its local contact centre in Newcastle and North Tyneside. You’ll take incoming calls from existing EE customers, helping them find the best mobile and broadband deals. You’ll need to be a great listener and fluent talker to match customers with the right product.

You’ll join a lively team with structured training, uncapped commission, and great benefits. Starting salary is £26,116 rising to £26,738 after eight months, with flexible leave and progression

Responsibilities

• Take incoming calls from EE customers and help them find the best mobile and broadband deals.
• Listen carefully to understand customer needs and match them to the right product.
• Explain features clearly and upsell where appropriate.
• Work as part of a lively sales team in our contact centre in Newcastle and North Tyneside.
