EE is hiring a Sales Advisor at our Newcastle contact centre to take incoming calls from existing customers, guiding them to the best deals on phones, broadband, and tech products. You’ll be part of a lively team and learn EE’s products while delivering excellent service.

You’ll need to be a great listener and a fluent talker, with energy and a customer‑first attitude. The role offers full‑time permanent employment, 12‑hour shifts on a two‑week rotation, and a salary starting at £26,116 rising

• You need to be a great listener as well as a fluent talker.
• Maybe you’ve worked in retail, or hospitality before, and you know how to deal with customers but want something more exciting.
• You’re outgoing, energetic and enjoy talking to people.
