Job summary

EE is hiring for a Sales Advisor in our Newcastle contact centre. This full-time, permanent role starts January 2027, with 12-hour shifts on a two-week rotation. You’ll handle calls from existing EE customers, helping them find the best deals on phones and broadband while learning to navigate our range of tech products.

Training provided; great earning potential with uncapped commission. Starting salary £26,116 rising to £26,738 after 8 months, plus incentives and bonuses and generous benefits

Qualifications
