Job summary

Tom Dixon in London is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to join our Operations team. You will manage inbound flows from suppliers to our warehouse, ensuring accuracy, efficiency and compliance while liaising with suppliers, logistics partners and internal stakeholders.

The role covers inbound inventory management, collaboration with 3PLs, monitoring SLAs, and driving continuous improvements to reduce costs and improve service levels.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in supply chain, logistics or operations.
• Strong knowledge of logistics operations and 3PL management.
• Experience with WMS, ERP and transportation management systems.
• Excellent analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inbound operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency and compliance.
• Manage supplier relations, POs, fulfillment and returns.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through audits and reconciliations.
• Collaborate with 3PLs, inbound carriers and distribution partners.
• Monitor SLAs and resolve escalations related to delays or stock discrepancies.
• Ensure customs, trade regs and import/export documentation compliance.
• Identify improvements to streamline processes and reduce costs.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align operational strategies.
• Develop reports on KPIs like inventory accuracy, supplier performance and logistics costs.
