Job summary

HelloFresh in London is seeking a high-performing supply chain professional to own inbound operations. You will drive on-time ingredient delivery, optimise processes, and lead projects to improve end-to-end performance.

You’ll analyse data, manage costs, and coordinate with procurement and technical teams while mentoring colleagues. You will work with Inventory, Warehouse, Transport, Planning, Labour, Finance and Marketing to share information and achieve outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Drive inbound supply chain operations to ensure ingredients arrive on time
• Optimise inbound processes and cross-functional efficiencies
• Lead projects to transform the function with clear actions and outcomes
• Analyse internal data to generate recommendations and options
• Minimise costs through planning and waste management
• Coordinate weekly ordering and forecasting processes and manage risks
• Build relationships with suppliers and manage supplier performance
• Monitor KPIs and balance daily ops with long-term goals
• Collaborate with Inventory, Warehouse, Transport, Planning, Labour, Finance, Marketing
• Coach team members to deliver optimal outcomes
