Job summary

Selfridges in the United Kingdom is seeking a Supply Chain Administrator to provide operational coordination across the retail end-to-end supply chain, serving as the interface between Stores, Merchandising and Distribution Centre.

You will produce daily, weekly and monthly performance reports, support forecasting and replenishment planning, and help drive continuous improvement with internal and external partners, including DHL and Logistics.

• Experience producing operational reporting and KPI analysis.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for store and operational supply chain queries relating to deliveries, replenishment and stock accuracy.
• Coordinate investigations across Stores, Distribution Centres and third-party logistics providers to ensure timely resolution of service issues.
• Monitor daily operational performance and proactively escalate emerging risks.
• Produce daily, weekly and monthly operational performance reports.
• Maintain dashboards covering service levels, store delivery performance, replenishment compliance and operational KPIs.
• Identify recurring operational issues and support root cause analysis.
• Work with Supply Chain Managers and partners to implement process improvements.
• Track improvement initiatives and measure delivery against agreed actions.
• Support governance meetings through preparation of reports, actions and performance updates.
• Assist with forecasting and replenishment planning activities.
• Maintain accurate operational records, trackers and performance documentation.
