Job summary

At Your Leisure Yorkshire Ltd is expanding its sales operation and seeks an exceptional inbound salesperson to own the enquiries from people considering holiday-home ownership. You will convert interest into qualified appointments, speaking with prospects by phone and WhatsApp and guiding them to the right holiday park.

The role is not cold-calling; you will nurture leads from around 100 new sales enquiries weekly and work with our park teams to maximise conversion and revenue.

Qualifications

• Experience converting inbound enquiries into qualified appointments.
• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
• Able to manage a large pipeline and stay organised.
• Skilled at asking the right questions to uncover needs.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to new enquiries and own the inbound sales pipeline.
• Speak to prospective holiday-home owners by phone and WhatsApp.
• Build rapport, ask the right questions and understand what customers are really looking for.
• Qualify customers based on location, budget, timescale and requirements.
• Match customers to the most appropriate holiday park and holiday home.
• Book qualified appointments for customers to visit our parks.
• Follow up persistently with customers who don't answer first time.
• Re-engage older enquiries and identify opportunities within our existing database.
• Use HubSpot engagement and lead-scoring signals proactively.
• Keep accurate notes, next actions and customer information in HubSpot.
• Work closely with our park-based sales team to improve appointment quality and conversion.
