Job summary

Away Resorts is seeking a Holiday Home Sales Advisor to engage with potential buyers and guide them through the ownership journey at our UK parks. You will identify opportunities, build relationships, and provide information to help customers decide on owning a holiday home.

You’ll work towards sales targets with a focus on delivering outstanding guest experiences, and accommodation is provided to support settling in. Evening and weekend work is required as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Driving licence required.
• Experience in a target-driven sales environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Interact with potential purchasers and build relationships to share insights about owning a holiday home.
• Prospect and create opportunities to talk to potential holiday homeowners and guide them through ownership steps.
• Manage all aspects of holiday home ownership information and support to help customers decide.
• Aim to exceed stretching sales targets and secure appointments and purchases.
• Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays as required.
