Inbound Sales Specialist

Location: Andover

Salary: £29,391 Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission + Benefits

Hours: Full Time, 37.5 Hours Per Week

Environment: FCA-Regulated Customer Sales Environment

We're looking for Inbound Sales Specialists to join a market-leading organisation specialising in later-life planning services. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional to join a supportive and successful team where customer experience, compliance, and commercial success go hand in hand. You'll be speaking with customers who have expressed an interest in learning more, helping them make informed decisions through professional and consultative conversations.

The Role

• Handle warm inbound enquiries from prospective customers.


• Build rapport and understand individual customer needs.


• Deliver clear, compliant and customer-focused advice.


• Guide customers through the sales journey with empathy and professionalism.


• Maintain accurate customer records and system updates.


• Ensure all conversations adhere to FCA and company compliance standards.

Working Hours as a Inbound Sales Specialist

• 37.5 hours per week.


• Monday to Friday: 8:30am to 5:00pm.


• One late shift per week working until 8:00pm.


• Weekend working on a rota basis:


• 1 Saturday in 4 (9:00am to 6:00pm)


• 1 Sunday in 8 (10:00am to 5:00pm)


• Weekend shifts are worked from home, with a day off in lieu during the week.

About you as a Inbound Sales Specialist

• Previous sales, contact centre or customer service experience.


• A track record of meeting or exceeding targets and KPIs.

• Strong organisational and administrative skills.


• The ability to work accurately within a regulated environment.


• Experience working within an FCA-regulated environment would be desirable, but is not essential.
