Macwood Capital is seeking a Sales Representative (Closer) to work with warm, pre-qualified leads generated by our own marketing. You will run discovery calls to uncover where the business is stuck and what the owner wants, and you will be direct about how we can help.

Take warm leads, listen more than you talk, and close the right clients. You will hand successful deals into onboarding in a clean, professional handoff with clear follow-up and no chasing.

• Proven track record of closing on the phone or video calls with numbers to back it up.
• Active listening skills on discovery calls.

Warm, pre-qualified leads only. Run the discovery call, find where the business is actually stuck, and be straight about whether we can help.

• Take warm, pre-qualified leads generated by our own marketing. No cold calling.
• Run the discovery call. Find out where the business is, where it is stuck and what the owner wants.
• Show owners how we would help them grow, and tell them straight when we cannot.
• Follow up with the owners who need time, without chasing.
• Close the right clients and hand them into onboarding cleanly.

What we look for.

• A track record of closing on the phone or on video calls, with numbers to back it up.
• You listen more than you talk on a discovery call.
• You understand how a business owner thinks about spending money.
• Honest enough to walk away from a deal that is wrong for the client.
• Organised with follow up and your pipeline.

How you are measured.

Close rate on qualified calls, and whether the clients you close stay.

You will always know whether you hit it, and so will we.
