Job summary

EE is hiring a Sales Advisor for our contact centre in the Newcastle/North Tyneside area. You’ll handle incoming calls from existing EE customers, helping them find the best deals on phones and broadband and guiding them through our product range.

You’ll need energy, a great ear for listening, and a passion for talking to people. The role offers a permanent, full-time contract with a starting salary of £26,116 rising to £26,738 after eight months, plus incentives and bonuses.

• Previous experience in retail or hospitality is a plus.
