Job summary

Concentrix is seeking an Inbound Sales Advisor for our Dearne Valley Office. You will handle inbound calls from customers nearing the end of their contracts, assisting with retentions and upselling products and services. You will also engage with brand new customers to grow the customer base.

The role is site based with full training provided, and opportunities for career development through the Concentrix University portal. Generous discounts on phone and broadband plans are included.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Computer literate and able to navigate multiple systems.
• Clear criminal and credit records.
• Ability to provide reference within last 3 years.

We’re looking for passionate, caring & experienced people to join our Inbound Sales team in our Dearne Valley Office! We are offering a fantastic opportunity to work on behalf of one of the UK’s biggest Telecommunications company!

• Excellent starting salary of £26,520 plus opportunity to earn Bonus which is uncapped!
• Role is site based (Adwick Park, Swinton, Rotherham S63 5NA)
• Rotational Shift pattern. You will work 40 hrs per week between the hours of 8am-10:15pm (Mon-Sun)

As an Inbound Sales Advisor, You will be taking inbound calls from customers who are currently within the last 6 months of their contracts. Your role will be to assist with retentions, selling additional products and services as required and you will also deal with brand new customers!
