Job summary

Coloplast is seeking a Customer Care Representative – Inbound in Nottingham to deliver compassionate, efficient support to patients and clinicians. You will handle calls, emails, texts, and online enquiries, guiding them through orders and resolving issues while maintaining service standards.

You’ll work with cross-functional teams, keep detailed records, and continually expand knowledge of our products to provide best-in-class support within a purpose-led organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is essential.
• Empathetic communicator with strong listening skills.
• Comfortable handling sensitive conversations with patients.
• Experience in contact centres or medical/pharma environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound calls, emails, texts and online enquiries.
• Place orders, answer questions and resolve issues in line with SLAs.
