Job summary

Atos Medical, now part of Coloplast UK Ltd, is seeking a Customer Care Representative for Nottingham. You will be the first point of contact, handling inbound calls, emails, texts and online enquiries with empathy and attention to detail, supporting patients and clinicians throughout their journey.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, maintain records, and develop product knowledge to provide outstanding support within our service standards.

Qualifications

• Customer service background and passion for delivering great experiences.
• Empathetic communicator able to build rapport with diverse people.
• Comfortable handling sensitive conversations and data.
• Experience in contact centres or medical/pharmaceutical settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, emails, texts, and online enquiries with a high standard of service.
• Assist patients and clinicians by placing orders, answering questions, and resolving issues within SLAs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless patient journey and maintain accurate records.
