Job summary

Atos Medical, part of Coloplast UK Ltd, is seeking a Business Support Advisor to join our Nottingham team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, processing orders and coordinating requirements with colleagues to ensure a seamless service.

You’ll handle enquiries with compassion, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with Product Specialists to deliver outstanding customer experiences across the UK healthcare community.

We’re looking for a motivated individual to join our Business Support team in Nottingham. This is an exciting opportunity to work collaboratively with teams across the organisation to manage enquiries and ensure an excellent customer experience while handling sensitive information with professionalism and care. Previous customer service experience is essential, with experience in a healthcare, medical or pharmaceutical environment being advantageous.

The Role

In this varied and rewarding role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, providing responsive, compassionate support and ensuring enquiries and orders are managed accurately and efficiently. Working closely with Product Specialists and colleagues across the business, you’ll help deliver a seamless customer experience by processing orders, resolving queries, coordinating customer requirements and maintaining accurate records.

You’ll build strong relationships with customers and internal teams, handle sensitive situations with professionalism and empathy, and play a key part in delivering exceptional service that supports patients and healthcare professionals across the UK.

You’ll be highly organised, confident managing multiple systems and priorities, and able to build strong relationships across teams to resolve customer enquiries and complaints effectively.

With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to following processes, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment where collaboration, professionalism and continuous improvement are key. Experience within a healthcare or pharmaceutical setting would be beneficial but is not essential.
