Job summary

Williams is seeking an Inbound & Outbound Sales Advisor (Customer Service) to join our Fareham team. The role involves delivering outstanding customer service via telephone and email, handling inbound and outbound calls, processing orders and quotes, and cross-selling products.

Hours are 40 per week (Mon-Fri plus 1 in 4 Saturdays on a rota). Salary up to £28,000 per year DOE, with a generous benefits package including 33 days leave, private medical insurance for the family, pension, and more.

Position: Inbound & Outbound Sales Advisor (Customer Service)

Salary: Up to£28,000 per annum DOE

Hours: 40 /week MON-FRI + 1 in 4 SATs (Half Day) *ROTA

Location: Williams, 13 Standard Way, Fareham, PO16 8XB

*ROTA: WED will be the usual rota day off. Working hours vary over 4-week period, falling between 06:30 (earliest start) and 18:00 (latest finish). Allocated weekday half-day on weeks working a half-day SAT (07:00-12:00)!
