Job summary

JINGDONG Logistics is seeking an Inbound Team Leader in Bedford to supervise the inbound team, coordinate daily activities and drive accurate goods receipt into the WMS. The role requires hands-on leadership in a fast-paced warehousing environment, ensuring quality, safety and timely putaway across shifts.

The successful candidate will have previous warehouse team leadership experience, strong organisational and problem-solving skills, and a working knowledge of WMS and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Team Leader or supervisor in a warehouse/logistics setting.
• Experience with manual/p2goods warehouse operations.
• Experience handling inbound exceptions and stock discrepancies.
• Reach truck licence preferred; other MHE licences advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the Inbound team with task allocation, training and feedback.
• Plan and monitor daily Inbound activities including unloading, receiving, putaway and stock movement.
• Manage labour allocation to ensure safe, efficient processing of inbound volume.
• Ensure goods are received into the WMS accurately and on time; resolve inbound issues.
