Prinova Europe is seeking an Inbound Logistics Associate to join our dynamic Supply Chain-Logistics team in Central London. The role covers imports, warehouses, cross-trades, and exports outside Europe, working in a hybrid pattern with 2-3 days in the office.

You’ll process import/export operations, maintain e-filing records, liaise with forwarders, and ensure compliance with EU/UK regulations. The ideal candidate has 3+ years’ experience, English fluency, and knowledge of Incoterms.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a similar logistics role, preferably in a trading company in the food industry.
• Fluent English; additional European language skills (esp. Spanish) are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Incoterms and international trade regulations.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; able to analyse data and prepare reports.
• Experience in International Trade/Logistics (Shipping, X-Trades, Exports, Imports).
• Experience working with Shipping Lines and Forwarding agents across Sea and Air.
• Knowledge of EU/UK customs procedures and export documentation (COA, COO, Health Certificates).
• Awareness of Dangerous Goods is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Process import, export and cross-trade operations from start to finish, including shipping documents and customs instructions.
• Maintain accurate records of all import transactions via the e-filing system.
• Liaise with forwarders and warehouses to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Ensure compliance with import regulations and procedures.
• Handle non-conformances and perform occasional on-site warehouse inspections.
• Process invoices from warehouses, forwarders and suppliers.
• Contribute to ad hoc tasks as required.

What does an Inbound Logistics Associate mean at Prinova?

The Supply Chain team is responsible for managing the business operations ranging from Imports, Warehouses, cross-trades, and Exports outside Europe.

What to expect?

• Processing import, export and cross trade operations from start to finish, including processing shipping documents, sending customs clearance instructions and delivery of goods and documents to the warehouse/client.
• Maintain accurate records of all import transactions via the e-filing system.
• Liaise with the forwarders and warehouses to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant import regulations and procedures.
• Handling Non-Conformances
• Occasional on-site inspection of warehouses;
• Processing invoices from warehouses, forwarders and other suppliers;
• Any other items that might arise on an ad hoc basis

Does this sound like you?

• At least 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a trading company in the food industry
• Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of another European language, especially Spanish, is a plus.
• Knowledge of Incoterms
• Intermediate Excel + PowerPoint
• Experience in International Trade/Logistics (Shipping, X-Trades, Exports, Imports)
• Experience working with Shipping Lines and Forwarding agents in different modes of transportation (Sea and Air)
• Knowledgeable of the customs clearance procedures within the EU and UK
• Experience fulfilling Export requirements concerning documentation (COA, COO, Health
• Certificates, inspections, etc.)
• Solid knowledge of Exports to different countries (Middle East, Africa, South America)
• Knowledge of Import regulations within the food industry and Port Health requirements
• Dangerous Goods knowledge is advantageous.
