Job summary

Prinova in London is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join the Customer Care Associate team. The role focuses on coordinating deliveries, stock movements, and service levels across UK and EU warehouses, with hybrid office attendance.

You will liaise with customers, warehouses and carriers, input data into the system, and manage invoicing, documentation and VAT compliance while maintaining high standards of service.

Responsibilities

• Arranging deliveries to customers from warehouses in the UK and EU via road freight, ferry, and courier services.
• Liaising with customers, warehouses and carriers.
• Inputting accurate information into the internal system to create forward allocations and warehouse instructions.
• Invoicing customers promptly and ensuring the correct VAT is applied.
• Preparing shipping documentation, including warehouse instructions, packing lists, commercial invoices, dangerous goods notes and packaging labels.
• Handling customer enquiries, complaints and other customer service matters as required.
• Conducting monthly stock reconciliations and responding to follow-up queries from Finance.
• Managing non-conformances.
• Carrying out occasional on-site inspections of warehouses.
• Processing charge invoices received from warehouses, freight forwarders and other suppliers.
• Undertaking project work as required.
• Providing cover for fellow team members during holidays or sickness.
• Carrying out any other duties as reasonably required by management.

What does a Logistics Coordinator role mean at Prinova?

At Prinova, we refer to this role internally as a Customer Care Associate. The successful candidate will join our dynamic Logistics & Customer Service team of more than 25 colleagues.The team plays a vital role in supporting day-to-day business operations, managing customer orders from receipt through to delivery. This includes coordinating warehouse activities, arranging customer deliveries, overseeing stock movements, supporting demand planning, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the supply chain.Working closely with customers, warehouses, carriers, and internal departments, the Customer Care Associate helps ensure products are delivered accurately, efficiently, and on time while maintaining the high service standards our customers expect.

What to expect?
