The position involves guarding responsibilities in-store, patrolling, liaising with management, and handling sensitive situations. Weekend work, 40 hours weekly, 12:15–20:15, hourly rate £13.06.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid SIA licence to apply.
• Retail security experience is an advantage but not essential; full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide a visible deterrence and respond to incidents in store.
• Complete incident reports and liaise with local authorities.
• Patrol shop floor to deter crime and identify vulnerabilities.
• Liaise with store management and authorities as required.
• Manage vulnerable persons with empathy and maintain calm.
• Carry out colleague and contractor searches as per policy.
