Job summary

Clarks is seeking a friendly Sales Team Member to provide an exceptional customer experience in-store and help achieve set sales targets. You will assist customers with product knowledge, keep the shop floor clean and merchandise-ready, and support day-to-day store operations.

The role requires a proactive attitude, reliability, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays. You will be part of a team delivering the Clarks brand promise with enthusiasm.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Willingness to learn product knowledge and apply it on the shop floor.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver a great brand experience and utilise technology to enhance the consumer experience.
• Support achievement of store KPIs by delivering sales at target levels set by store Management.
• Maintain the sales floor and back of house areas to uphold high brand and retail standards.
• Flexibility to work a 7-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.
• Follow cash and stock security procedures to Company standards.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and replenish as required.
