Job summary

CLARK'S in-store Sales Team Member role is seeking a reliable, enthusiastic sales associate to deliver a great consumer experience, hit set KPIs and drive sales of shoes and accessories. You will maintain high retail standards front and back of house and support day-to-day operations.

The role requires weekend and bank holiday flexibility and adherence to cash and stock procedures. You will use your product knowledge to enhance the customer journey and contribute to a positive team environment

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to learn product knowledge quickly
• Comfort with cash handling and POS

Responsibilities

• Deliver a great brand experience and up-to-date product knowledge.
• Achieve store KPIs and sales targets.
• Maintain sales floor and back-of-house standards with visual merchandising.
• Be flexible to work a 7-day shift pattern including weekends/bank holidays.
• Follow cash and stock security procedures.
• Replenish and maintain visual merchandising standards.
