Clarks is seeking a Sales Team Member to deliver a premium consumer experience in-store while meeting sales targets. You will help maintain high retail standards, support merchandising, and work a 7-day shift pattern including weekends.

The role emphasizes product knowledge, brand experience, and using technology to enhance customer interactions across the sales floor and back of house.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Understanding of sales KPIs and targets.

Responsabilités

• Consistently deliver a great brand experience, including utilising technology to enhance the consumers’ experience and keeping up to date with product knowledge.
• Support the achievement of key store KPI's by delivering sales at target levels set by store Management team.
• Maintain the sales floor and back of house areas in order to deliver high brand and retail standards
• Flexibility to work a 7-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.
• Follow cash and stock security procedures to Company standards.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and replenish as required.
