Clarks is recruiting a Sales Team Member to join a UK store and deliver an exceptional shopping experience. You will drive sales, share product knowledge, and maintain high brand and retail standards both front and back of house.

The role focuses on delivering KPI targets, providing a great consumer journey, and upholding stock control, health and safety, and brand integrity within a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• Provide a great consumer experience in-store and meet KPIs.
• Confidently explain features and benefits of products.
• Maintain high retail standards front and back of house.
• Protect stock, cash, and comply with company policies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales to target levels set by store management.
• Deliver a consistent brand experience and keep product knowledge up to date.
• Maintain sales floor and back-of-house areas to high standards.
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
• Represent the Clarks brand and follow cash and stock procedures.
• Regularly review personal performance and development.
