Job summary

Clarks in the United Kingdom invites applications for a friendly Sales Associate to deliver an excellent consumer experience while helping achieve store KPIs. You will focus on selling shoes and accessories using Clarks selling models and maintain high retail standards both front and back of house.

The role requires reliability, enthusiasm, and a customer-first attitude, with flexibility for a 7-day shift pattern including weekends and bank holidays.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn product knowledge and brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver a great brand experience, including utilising technology to enhance the consumers’ experience and keeping up to date with product knowledge.
• Support the achievement of key store KPI’s by delivering sales at target levels set by store Management team.
• Maintain the sales floor and back of house areas in order to deliver high brand and retail standards
• Flexibility to work a 7-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.
• Follow cash and stock security procedures to Company standards.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and replenish as required.
