In this role you will contribute to sales targets, maintain visual merchandising, handle stock and checkout procedures, and represent Clarks with integrity while developing your product knowledge and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow store procedures.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service and meet sales targets.
• Maintain store standards and assist with stock and merchandising.
• Use product knowledge to advise customers and upsell where appropriate.
• Ensure health and safety and cash handling procedures are followed.
• Support in daily store operations and maintain a neat environment.
