Job summary

Clarks UK is looking for an inspiring Sales Team Member to join one of our stores and deliver an exceptional shopping experience to customers. You will provide a great consumer experience in store while delivering set targets and KPIs and effectively selling shoes and accessories using the Clarks selling models.

You will support daily maintenance of high retail standards, keep stockrooms orderly, follow health and safety procedures, and represent the Clarks brand at all times.

Responsibilities

• Support achievement of store KPIs by delivering sales at target levels.
• Consistently deliver a great brand experience, including utilising technology to enhance the consumer experience and maintaining product knowledge.
• Maintain the sales floor and back of house areas to deliver high brand and retail standards.
• Put stock away in the correct places, keeping stockroom aisles clear.
• Follow Health and Safety procedures at all times and represent the Clarks brand at all times.
• Follow cash and stock security procedures to Company standards.
