Job summary

Clarks is seeking a Sales Team Member for a UK store to deliver an exceptional shopping experience while meeting set targets and KPIs. You will actively sell footwear and accessories, maintain high retail standards both front and back of house, and support stock and store operations to ensure smooth daily performance.

Responsibilities

• Support the achievement of store KPI’s by delivering sales at target levels set by store Management team.
• Consistently deliver a great brand experience, including using technology to enhance the consumer experience and maintaining product knowledge.
• Maintain the sales floor and back of house to meet high brand and retail standards.
• Put stock away in the correct places, keeping stockroom aisles clear.
• Follow Health and Safety procedures at all times as delivered in training.
• Represent the Clarks brand at all times.
• Follow cash and stock security procedures to Company standards.
• Comply with company and legal requirements.
• Review personal performance regularly and maintain a development plan.
• Achieve KPIs such as sales and multi-sales with targeted performance.
• Deliver selling models, articulate features, advantages and benefits to meet consumer needs.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and replenish as required.
• Adhere to Health and Safety training for personal and colleague safety.
• Maintain a smart appearance according to Company guidelines and showcase current products.
• Complete all cash, stock and administration accurately to ensure compliance with policies.
• Work with integrity in an honest and trustworthy manner.
• Ensure compliance with Company policies and legal requirements and maintain up-to-date development plans.
