Clarks is seeking a Sales Team Member to join our UK stores, delivering an exceptional shopping experience and helping customers find the right footwear and accessories. You will contribute to hitting store targets while upholding Clarks’ heritage of quality and craftsmanship and maintaining high retail standards.

In this role you will deliver product knowledge, keep the sales floor tidy, assist with stock and safety procedures, and represent the brand with integrity and pride.

• Experience delivering KPI targets in retail.
• Ability to provide excellent customer experience.
• Comfort with using technology to assist customers.

• Support the achievement of store KPIs by delivering sales to targets.
