Job summary

Clarks in the United Kingdom is seeking a proactive Sales Team Member to deliver an exceptional in-store experience, drive KPIs, and promote our shoe and accessory range.

You will keep the sales floor inviting and ensure high retail standards while supporting stock control and merchandising. A flexible 7-day pattern including weekends is required, with training provided to master Clarks selling models.

Qualifications

• Strong customer-service experience and friendly, confident communication.
• Ability to work towards sales targets and KPI's.
• Willingness to learn product knowledge and apply it in-store.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a great brand experience to customers using store technologies and product knowledge.
• Support achievement of store KPIs by selling at target levels.
• Maintain sales floor and back-of-house areas to uphold brand standards.
• Be flexible to work a 7-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.
• Follow cash and stock procedures and maintain merchandising standards.
