Job summary

Smiths News is seeking an Instore Merchandiser in Clifton. You will bring products to life on the shop floor, own your territory, and manage stock replenishment, audits, and displays with a focus on on-brand presentation.

You’ll build strong relationships with store colleagues and managers and plan efficient, cost-effective visit routes. The role offers flexibility around other commitments, with part-time hours and a pay rate of £14.24 per hour that includes Holiday Pay.

Qualifications

• Previous Merchandising experience would be advantageous but not mandatory.
• Friendly, confident personality with a can do attitude.
• Excellent communication skills, high integrity and reliable.
• To be located within 15 miles of advertised area.
• Ability to work on own initiative and make the right decisions under pressure.
• Full commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Own your territory, manage point-of-sale placement, stock replenishment and auditing.
• Create and maintain visually impactful displays and build relationships with store colleagues and managers.
• Take charge of your own cost-effective journey plan and maximise visit efficiency.
