Asda Stores Ltd in Leeds is seeking an Instore Communications Co-ordinator to manage end-to-end delivery of in-store communications across ambient categories, from brief to implementation, on time and within budget.

You will work with design and print agencies, write artwork briefs, and ensure sign-off with key stakeholders while supporting the Instore Marketing Planner with workload management. Asda offers hybrid working (minimum 3 days in the office) and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• End-to-end project management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Excellent organisation and admin skills.
• Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Manage the promotional process across ambient categories (Grocery, Non-edible Grocery and Beers, Wines and Spirits).
• Manage the late change process of promotional changes.
• Coordinate in-store communications aligned with ASDA brand and in-store comms principles.
