Dunelm, the UK's leading homewares retailer, invites you to join our Store Experience team in Leicester. You’ll help bring our in-store experience to life through effective POS, signage and internal communications, working with Marketing, ITG and Store Operations to deliver engaging customer journeys.

You’ll develop briefs, manage POS data, and create assets with tools like Illustrator and InDesign, while building strong relationships with store colleagues to ensure timely, accurate execution

Qualifications

• Excellent planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and presentation skills across all levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with POS processes or in-store communications is beneficial.
• Curious about retail trends and the in-store customer experience.

Responsabilités

• Become an expert in POS processes, store formats and campaigns.
• Create briefs, allocation sheets and POS requirements for creative partners.
• Develop understanding of store formats and their influence on POS and stock.
• Produce communication packs and implementation guides for store teams.
• Build relationships with store colleagues to ensure effective communications.
• Collaborate with Store Operations, Marketing and ITG to deliver solutions.
• Maintain POS data and ensure accurate updates.
• Create assets using Adobe Illustrator and InDesign.
• Manage multiple priorities and deadlines, delivering high-standard POS materials.
