B&Q Salisbury is seeking a part-time Customer Advisor to join our store team. Shifts available Monday to Sunday, 7.00am – 8.00pm, 15 hours per week, with a permanent contract. You will be an expert advisor helping customers and ensuring the store looks inviting.

You’ll develop product knowledge, be comfortable with technology, and join a supportive team. The role requires weekend/evening availability and a focus on great customer service.

Formación

• Friendly and outgoing, eager to learn and help others.
• Willing to work weekends, evenings and bank holidays.
• Comfortable using new technology and systems.

Responsabilidades

• Help customers as an expert advisor and sales helper.
• Assist with stock, displays and store appearance.
• Support paint-mixing and timber-cutting activities as trained.
