B&Q Chippenham is looking for a Customer Advisor for a part-time, 20-hour week role on a 3-month fixed-term contract. Shifts run Monday to Saturday, 12:00–22:00, with a notional hourly rate of £13.10.

You’ll help customers with home improvement ideas, manage stock, and set up displays, delivering great service. You’ll have training in paint mixing and timber cutting, and you’ll work with a friendly team on a rota including weekends and bank holidays.

Qualifications

• Friendly and helpful attitude with customers.
• Able to work as part of a team and on a rota.
• Willing to learn stock management and displays.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and advise on home improvement needs.
• Manage stock, set up displays and keep the store looking welcoming.
• Support sales and learn paint mixing and timber cutting as needed.
