Job summary

B&Q Chester is seeking a Customer Advisor to join their team on a permanent full-time basis. The role involves helping customers, driving sales, and maintaining store presentation. Shifts run Monday through Sunday, typically 7.00am–12.00pm, with alternative late shifts up to 00:00.

The position offers an £13.10 hourly rate and a supportive training environment. Ideal candidates are friendly, team-oriented, eager to learn, and comfortable working on a rota that includes weekends and bank

Qualifications

• Willing to expand skills using new technology and methods.
• Able to work as part of a team and on a rota including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Sell and advise customers to support home improvement projects.
• Manage stock and set up displays to keep the store looking inviting.
• Contribute to a great store experience through quality service and product knowledge.
• Learn paint-mixing and timber-cutting basics as part of training.
