Qualifications

• Experience in a client-facing retail environment.
• Strong knowledge of perfumery and fragrance categories.
• Ability to deliver fragrance workshops and host events.

Responsibilities

• Provide immersive fragrance consultations and storytelling for clients.
• Deliver best-in-class client experiences and mentor colleagues.
• Host masterclasses and in-store events to elevate fragrance category.
• Use clienteling and data tools to recruit and grow client base.
• Achieve individual and counter sales targets and KPIs.
