Job summary

Boots UK is seeking a Customer Advisor to join our London-area stores, working onsite and reporting to the Assistant or Store Manager. The role includes assisting customers at tills, giving product advice, and supporting stock and shop-floor presentation.

Responsibilities

• Help customers and put them at ease, listen to find out more, answer questions and offer great product advice.
• Promote in-store offers and schemes to customers.
• Help stores run smoothly by ensuring the shop floor shows the right products and stock is well organised.
• Work with the team to deliver a great shopping experience and keep the store clean and presentable.
• Participate in award-winning training accredited by the Institute of Customer Service.
