Boots is hiring a Customer Advisor to join our London stores. You’ll work onsite, help customers on the tills, advise on products, and support stock and store presentation. Training is provided to help you deliver a great shopping experience and meet the needs of diverse customers.

The role offers starting hourly rates between £13.02 and £15.10 with potential increases after 6 months, plus benefits and a friendly, inclusive team environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a retail setting is preferred
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Ability to work as part of a team and stay calm under pressure
