Job summary

Asda Stores Ltd is seeking an Instore Communications Co-ordinator to deliver impactful in-store messaging across all formats. You will manage projects end-to-end, from brief receipt to on-shelf execution, ensuring on-brand, on-time delivery within budget.

You’ll lead the promotional process, coordinate with design agencies, obtain approvals, and drive implementation in stores. The role offers hybrid working with some office presence and site visits where needed.

Qualifications

• End-to-end project management across marketing activity.
• Strong planning, prioritisation and time-management ability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Organised, detail-oriented with robust admin skills.
• Ability to manage internal and external stakeholders and agencies.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Promotional process across ambient categories from briefs to delivery.
• Oversee late change process for promotional changes.
• Coordinate in-store communications aligned with ASDA brand and packaging.
• Support category strategy understanding and development of in-store comms.
• Ensure critical path milestones are met with minimal amendments and cost efficiency.
• Prepare artwork and print briefs for agencies ensuring sign-off by Legal when required.
• Develop understanding of ASDA in-store comms toolkit and guidelines.
• Manage communications packaging to Retail with thorough briefing packs.
• Support the In-store Marketing Planner with workload prioritisation.
