Lead end-to-end retrofit campaigns for in-service landing gear, ensuring programmes are delivered on time, within budget and with minimal disruption to airline operations. Act as the primary customer contact, working closely with airlines, airframers and MROs to align requirements, schedules and expectations. Coordinate cross-functional teams across Product Support, Engineering, Production, Procurement, Logistics, Finance and MRO to deliver campaign objectives. Plan and manage retrofit schedules, resolve operational issues and ensure key milestones are achieved. Oversee parts provisioning, logistics, repairs, upgrades and rotable assets, while optimising inventory and managing cost and obsolescence risks. Track budgets and forecasts, support commercial reviews, and prepare clear customer and technical documentation to support commercial reviews, and prepare clear customer and technical documentation to support successful campaign delivery.
