Job summary

Safran is seeking a Project Manager to lead end-to-end industrial transfers and ensure REACh compliance within our manufacturing and supply chain environments. You will coordinate engineering, quality, procurement, and operations to meet milestones while managing risks and maintaining supply continuity.

The role requires strong project management experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting, with a focus on data analytics, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading end-to-end industrial transfer, industrialisation and REACh compliance projects.
• Strong ability to coordinate cross-functional teams (Engineering, Quality, Procurement, Operations, Supply Chain).
• Experience managing schedules, risks, and escalation to ensure timely delivery.
• Demonstrated track record in data reporting and informed decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end industrial transfer, industrialisation, and REACh compliance projects according to Safran's processes, timelines, and quality standards
• Coordinate and influence cross-functional teams (Engineering, Quality, Procurement, Operations, Supply Chain) to deliver project objectives and milestones
• Manage and control project schedules and risks, ensuring proactive escalation and swift issue resolution
• Oversee supplier performance during industrial transfers, maintaining continuity of supply, quality, and cost control
• Analyse data and produce clear project reports and dashboards, providing visibility of progress to senior management
• Demonstrable experience in project management, preferably within a manufacturing, supply chain or industrial environment
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional team coordination skills
• Ability to effectively manage projects, schedules and data reporting to support informed business decisions
