Sterling Kohler is looking for a supervisor to join the In-Room Dining team at the Old Course Hotel in St Andrews. This role involves overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring high levels of customer service in a fine dining environment.

The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience and a strong knowledge of food safety laws. This is a permanent full-time role, offering a competitive salary plus tronc and various employee benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience in a supervisory role from front line teams within a similar environment.
• Good communication skills with a focus on great customer service.
• Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations, including opening/closing procedures.
• Ensure POS accuracy and cash handling procedures are followed.
• Assist with onboarding and coaching of new team members.
