Old Course Hotel, part of the Kohler family, is seeking an experienced waiter or shift leader to join our Food & Beverage team in beautiful St Andrews. The role suits someone with supervisory aspirations or strong waiting experience, aiming to deliver a 5-star experience for guests from around the world.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in a hospitality role, preferably in a bar/pub setting.
• Ability to hold and manage your own section.
• Demonstrates warm, welcoming service and helps guests have a memorable stay.
• Strong eye for detail and organized approach to exceed guest expectations.
• Enthusiastic, proactive, team player with good communication.

Responsibilities
