Park Plaza Riverbank London Hotel is seeking a Room Service Demi Chef de Partie to prepare, produce and present meals for in-room dining. You will join a busy kitchen and contribute to a high-quality guest experience across a large hotel with strong room service operations.

• Previous experience as a Demi Chef de Partie in a high-volume In-Room Dining kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with room service staff to ensure smooth service.
• Support mise en place across all shifts.
• Assist in managing busy service periods.
