Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is seeking a Demi Chef de Partie to join our Main Kitchen team, supporting both Banqueting and In Room Dining operations. You will assist with preparation, production, and service, ensuring dishes are delivered to the highest standards of quality, consistency, and presentation.

This role is ideal for a chef looking to further develop their skills within a luxury hotel environment while gaining exposure to high volume events and personalised dining

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or similar in a quality-driven kitchen.
• Strong focus on food safety and HACCP standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and teamwork in a fast-paced luxury-hotel setting.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation and execution of dishes for Banqueting and In Room Dining.
• Assist with mise en place, service prep, and stock rotation.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation.
• Ensure food hygiene, HACCP, and health and safety procedures are followed.
• Support the Chef de Partie in managing a smooth and organised section.
• Contribute to an efficient, collaborative kitchen environment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of workstations and kitchen areas.
• Assist with training and supporting junior team members when required.
