Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive with litigation rights.
• Experience managing litigation matters and advocacy in civil cases.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to advise diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee a portfolio of litigation matters from instruction to resolution.
• Supervise a team supporting litigated customer debt claims and ensure compliance with processes.
• Provide high-quality legal, litigation, regulatory, and compliance advice across the business.
• Represent the business at mediations and court hearings and enforce judgments when required.
• Deliver commercially focused legal guidance and manage risk across stakeholders.
• Monitor new legislation and regulations to keep the business well informed.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams and key stakeholders.
